Aldi has dropped the price of its best-selling anti-ageing cream to just £5.99 from £6.99.

The cream, which contains synthetic snake venom Syn®-Ake to relax facial muscles, caused a sales frenzy when it first launched in 2009, selling an average of 15 tubes per minute and continues to fly off the shelves.
