FISH ROAST WITH HERB MAYONNAISE

6-8 persons
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Frozen cooking time: 1 hour 35 minutes

Ingredients
2 packs of 3 Fish Roast
4-6 tbsp Mayonnaise
A pinch of Dried Parsley
Malt Vinegar, dash
Coarse Ground Black Pepper

Method
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6.
2. Place into the pre-heated oven and cook for 1 hour 35 minutes, then remove.
3. To make the herb mayonnaise, mix 4-6 tbsp of mayonnaise, along with the parsley, a
dash of vinegar and a little coarse ground black pepper. Mix until nice and green,
spoon out and reserve.
4. Remove the bands from the 3 fish roast, cut into 4 pieces and serve with a nice dollop of
herb mayonnaise.
