To make the herb mayonnaise, mix 4-6 tbsp of mayonnaise, along with the parsley, adash of vinegar and a little coarse ground black pepper. Mix until nice and green,spoon out and reserve.4. Remove the bands from the 3 fish roast, cut into 4 pieces and serve with a nice dollop ofherb mayonnaise.
