Made with a blend of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Shiraz and 11% Merlot from a leading South Australian estate, this new addition at Aldi is a full bodied choice that will stand up to full flavoured dishes and is great value only £5.99. 

Matured for a year in a combination of French and American oak, the dark brick-red wine has powerful spice-driven berry and chocolate aromas. On the palate, the wine displays a carefully defined balance of fruit and silky tannins, with spicy notes from the well-integrated wood.
 
Serve at room temperature with hearty stews, game, roast beef or lamb and meat-sauced pasta.
