SEA-ZE THE DAY WITH ALDI’S NEW CHRISTMAS SEAFOOD RANGE WITHOUT SPLASHING OUT

Supermarket Aldi is bringing shoppers a touch of luxury with its sea-sational Christmas seafood dishes. All responsibly sourced, the range offers delicious products for the big day, including extravagant salmon, cod and lobster centrepieces, as well as a range of appetisers – all starting from just £2.99.

Mouthwatering Appetisers:

The clawesome, hand-picked Specially Selected Exquisite Orkney Crab Claw Meat (£5.99, 100g) will delight guests with its sweet and delicate taste and is a fantastic option for those wanting pure indulgence on Christmas Day. Available in stores from 19th December.

Aldi’s new chilled Specially Selected Seafood Mousses are available in two flavour combinations: prawn and succulent British crab meat, and prawn and melt-in-the-mouth poached salmon (£2.99, 150g). These little tasters combine a sweet mousse with a hint of lemon and will have shoppers shouting shells yeah! Available in stores from 19th December.

It’s o-fish-ial, Aldi’s Specially Selected Exquisite British King Scallops (£4.99, 140g) are back to add finesse to Christmas dinner parties once more. These beautifully plump, 100% British wild caught scallops make a striking and delicious seafood starter. Available in stores from 19th December.

For an extra festive feel, the fresh Specially Selected Gin and Whisky Infused Smoked Salmon (£2.99, 100g) is lightly infused with either Aldi’s Harrison Gin or Glen Marnoch Whisky and offers impeccable quality at an unbeatable price. Whilst the Specially Selected Exquisite Rope Hung Yorkshire Peat Smoked Salmon (£4.99, 200g) is ideal for festive breakfasts, starters and canapés. Available in stores from 19th December.

So-fish-ticated Centrepieces:

This year shoppers can get their hands on a new salmon main the Specially Selected Lightly Smoked Salmon with Cranberry & Pomegranate Marinade (£9.99, 500g) – the fruity flavour perfectly compliments the salty notes of the salmon. Available in stores from 19th December.

Why not opt for a cray-zy good, responsibly sourced and fresh Whole Scottish Salmon (2-3kg) which will make a fabulous addition to any dinner table. Or take it up a notch with the Specially Selected Three Fish Roast (£11.99, 600g) which is made up of Scottish salmon, rainbow trout and succulent smoked haddock, filled with a rich cheddar cheese and caramelised leek filling. For a surf and turf alternative try the Specially Selected Cod Loin Wrapped in Bacon (£7.99, 575g). The super succulent, skinless and boneless cod loin is wrapped in unsmoked British steaky bacon – offering meat and fish loving guests the best of both worlds! Available in stores now.
