From baking essentials to the perfect Cucina Mozzarella & Herb Focaccia, Aldi has everything you need to help you rise to the challenge .  Whether your bread making skills lack the air needed or you want to try your hand at a bun or two, Aldi has tips, recipes and products for every baker.

Former Great British Bake Off finalist, Holly Bell, shares her do’s and do(ugh)n’ts  with Aldi for the budding bread-maker.  Follow her lead for bread to leave Paul Hollywood speechless.

·         Add yeast and salt to the flour at different sides of the bowl, as salt inactivates yeast, which can lead to a flat loaf.
·         Always add flavourings such as cinnamon, garlic and onion after the first prove as they can stop your dough from rising as fast.

But, if your loaves are less tiger and more Grumpy Cat, have no fear - Aldi is offering shoppers an average saving of 51% on delicious doughy treats compared with Waitrose1.
