Supermarket Aldi has launched the ‘Mother of All Steaks’, a 21-day matured British Rump Steak for just £4.99 (454g/16oz). In stores nationwide from today, it’s perfect for treating Mum to a home cooked meal this Mother’s Day.
Julie Ashfield, Joint Managing Director of Corporate Buying at Aldi, said: “We’ve seen sell out success of our Big Daddy steaks in the past and now it’s Mum’s turn. The ‘Mother of All Steaks’ has been created especially for Mother’s Day and is sure to bring smiles to the faces of Mums across the country.
“At Aldi we’re committed to offering premium quality products at amazing low prices, allowing customers to make substantial savings on luxury items without any compromise.”
Aldi’s Mother of All Steaks is one of the biggest steaks available on the market and the delicious flavour of rump can be achieved by cooking it over a high heat and resting it for up to 10 minutes.
With Mother’s Day around the corner, be quick, as with all Specialbuys, once it’s gone it’s gone!
