SHALLOW FRY: Add to a well-oiled pan and heat to a high setting. Lightly season the steak with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, add steak to the pan and sear on both sides for 1 minute. Lower heat to medium-high and continue to cook for the below times, turning occasionally during cooking.
Rare: 6-8 minutes
Medium: 9-10 minutes
Well done: 10-13 minutes
GRILL: Preheat grill to a medium-high heat. Lightly season the steak with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and place under the grill for the below times, turning occasionally during cooking:
Rare: 8-10 minutes
Medium: 12-14 minutes
Well done: 14-16 minutes
