ALDI LAUNCHES NEW MAPLE AND PECAN TARTS AND DROPS PRICE OF TRADITIONAL MINCE PIES TO JUST 49P

Mince pie lovers will rejoice at the news that Aldi is adding an alternative twist to its award-winning range with new Maple & Pecan Tarts. The supermarket is also reducing the price of its traditional Deep Filled Mince Pies to just 49p from 2nd December.  

New for Christmas 2021, the Specially Selected Maple & Pecan Tarts (£1.79, 6 pack) arefilled with decadently rich nut butter and maple sauce, topped with nibbed pecans and finished with a stunning gold lustre. In stores from 4th December.

The new delicious flavour is being joined by shoppers’ favourite Specially Selected Millionaires Mince Pies (£1.99, 6 pack), which are back for another year. Oozing with golden salted caramel, rich chocolate and hazelnut sauce, and a generous helping of perfectly seasoned sweet mincemeat, these tasty pies are available from 11th December.

As if that wasn’t enough, Aldi has also announced that its traditional Deep Filled Mince Pies will be more irresistible than ever as they have been reduced from 79p to an even sweeter price of 49p. But shoppers need to be quick because the discounted price will only be available for one week only.

Other delights in Aldi’s mince pie range include the Specially Selected Almond Mince Tarts (£2.49, 6 pack) which were voted ‘Best Alternative Mince Pie’ at this year’s Quality Food Awards (QFAs),while the Free From Mince Pies (£1.35, 4 pack) took the ‘Best Free From Mince Pie’ title.Shoppers can also enjoy the Specially Selected Frangipane Mince Pies (£1.99, 6 pack) or Specially Selected Sloe Gin Mince Tarts (£2.49, 6 pack) for a boozy twist.


Aldi’s Maple & Pecan Tarts are on sale from 4th December, and the Millionaires Mince Pies will join them in stores from 11th December.
