Back and better than ever, Aldi’s Pet Essentials range has returned to help shoppers pamper their pooches and fuss over their felines this summer. With online searches for buying a puppy increasing by 120% during lockdown[1], it’s clear Brits have been desperate for an adorable furry companion and playmate whilst at-home.

Available to pre-order online from Sunday 16th August and in-stores Thursday 20th August, Aldi’s Pet Essentials range will help equip new pet owners with everything they need to get their new four-legged friends settled into their forever home. Owners should mark the date as this is not one they’ll want to paw-get  about, as with all Specialbuys, once they’re gone, they’re gone!

After a long walk in the park or a hot summer’s day spent in the garden help pooches cool down with Aldi’s Cooling Pet Bed (£13.99).  Offering more comfort than a mat, this bed will soothe hot furry friends and help them relax for their afternoon nap.

Whilst the sun is shining pets can enjoy a dip in Aldi’s Pet Pool (£22.99) to cool off. This adorable pool can provide a cooling spot for pets to play or bathe in outdoors and is ideal for those long and hot summer days.

These unique and comfy beds are lined with a soft, plush cushion and owners can choose from a bright and tropical yellow pineapple; a juicy red strawberry or a simple yet chic grey cat home.

Owners can refresh toy collections with these cute and colourful Plush Fruits Dog Toys (£3.99). Choose from melon, banana, pineapple, lemon and strawberry designs that are fun and perfect for summer play time.
