Supermarket Aldi launches the first ever chilled roulade for summer, in stores across the UK now.  The new Specially Selected Raspberry and Sicilian Lemon Roulade (£1.99, pack of 2) is the perfect go-to dessert for impromptu garden gatherings and al-fresco family meals.

Made with a slow-baked meringue and filled with a lightly whipped Sicilian lemon-cream, Belgian white chocolate and fresh raspberries, the dessert offers the perfect ending to a meal. The crisp outer layer is complemented by the light filling, whilst the lemon zest provides a refreshing kick to keep you cool during this week’s heatwave. Pair with fresh raspberries or strawberries for an extra fruity zing.
