RELIGHT YOUR FIREALDI’S NEW ENDORPHIN-BOOSTING CANDLES MAKE A SOOTHING ARRIVAL TO STORES

Aldi welcomes shoppers to unwind and relax this summer as the supermarket announces the launch of its decadent Spa Candles Set (£4.99, 3 Pack), available in three new happiness-inducing scents.

The launch comes as research shows that certain scents can release endorphins, with citrus notes found to release the positive hormones[1]. As these spa-inspired candles contain notes of lemon, orange and tangerine, one quick light of the wick could give shoppers an instant mood boost.

With endorphins said to induce calming and soothing emotions, these delightful scents can help to release hormones from the hypothalamus and pituitary glands to create ‘a general feeling of wellbeing’[2].

Aldi’s Spa Candles Set (£4.99, 3 Pack) includes three gorgeous candles Relaxation, Indulgence and Decadence, and are a huge 87% saving on ESPA’s Soothing Candle:

Aldi’s new Spa Candles Set are available in store and online from 11th August.
