Wine lovers are set to flock to Aldi as it announces the launch of the Le Grand Poulet Rosé Magnum (£11.99, 150cl). Landing in stores on 6th July, this supersized bottle of the viral ‘Chicken Wine’ is set to cause a frenzy amongst rosé fanatics.
The launch follows the im-peck-able success of Le Petit Poulet Rosé, where excited shoppers took to Aldi’s Instagram page to comment: ‘Oh this is what I’m talking about!’ ‘Rosé all the way!’.
It’s no surprise this elegant French Rosé has become a shopper favourite. Defined by its freshness, character, and Provençal spirit, the viral sensation is on shelves – and it is bigger than ever.
Equivalent to two standard bottles, the massive 150cl magnum is perfect for summer gatherings and barbecues, ensuring no party runs dry this season.
Delicate and pale peach-pink in colour, the wine boasts refreshing aromas of citrus fruits and red berries. This light, dry rosé is crisp on the palate, making it the perfect tipple for basking in the summer sun.
For those looking for a smaller treat, shoppers can also pick up the standard-sized counterpart, Le Petit Poulet Rosé (£6.29, 75cl).
Aldi’s Le Grand Poulet Rosé Magnum is available in stores from 6th July, while stocks last.
