NAPPY TALK:

ALDI BECOMES NUMBER ONE RETAILER FOR NAPPIES

Aldi now sells more nappies than anyone else in the UK – one in five nappies worn by babies are now Aldi’s Mamia brand.

The nation’s cheapest supermarket* has overtaken Tesco and Asda to become the number one nappy retailer in the UK1.

With the total cost of raising a child currently at its highest in recent years2, parents are turning to Aldi where prices start from just 85p.

A nationwide panel recently voted Aldi’s 85p nappies as best for newborns at the Made for Mum Awards with judges praising how easy they are to use for bleary-eyed new parents. One tester said: “They fit very well and keep moisture away from my daughter’s skin, so there isn’t any irritation. This has reduced the number of overnight nappy changes, leading to better sleep for both of us.”

Aldi’s award-winning Mamia range is available in stores or via Click & Collect.
