ALDI REVEALS ITS 2025 CHRISTMAS RANGE

  • The Quality Food Awards Christmas Retailer of the Year[1] has unveiled its showstopping Christmas range
  • New products include the Specially Selected The Ultimate Slow Cooked Wagyu Shin, Specially Selected Chicken Waffles and Specially Selected Centerpiece Pistachio Tiramisu
  • Returning favourites include the Specially Selected The Ultimate Free-Range Whole Turkey and Specially Selected The Ultimate Pigs in Blankets, with prices for Aldi’s premium range starting at just £2.49

Aldi has been named Christmas Retailer of the Year by Quality Food Awards for the sixth consecutive year and has just announced its hotly anticipated Christmas range for 2025.

From luxurious centrepieces to delicious desserts and tipples, the range has everything that shoppers need to make this Christmas one to remember.

Julie Ashfield, Chief Commercial Officer at Aldi UK, said: “We’re delighted to be named Christmas Retailer of the Year again and to share some of the highlights from what promises to be another amazing festive range. Shoppers can expect our usual great value and high-quality products this Christmas, with new launches to elevate festive gatherings. And this is just a taste of what’s to come, so shoppers should keep an eye out for more!”

The Main Event

For those who relish tradition, the Specially Selected The Ultimate British Free-Range Whole Turkey (4-5.99kg) returns for another year. Reared slowly and traditionally dry-hung for at least 10 days for extra flavour and succulence, this trusty turkey is hand-finished and wrapped in parchment paper with giblets for the perfect gravy. Available from 19th December.

A mouthwatering alternative to turkey this year is the NEW Specially Selected The Ultimate Slow Cooked Wagyu Shin (£29.99 per kg). This 100% British Wagyu shin is slow cooked to perfection, deliciously tender and infused with a rich beef and truffle jus. Available from 19th December.

Those that want an eye-catching main event should look no further than the NEW Specially Selected Lamb Guard of Honour (£24.99 per kg). Boasting exposed ribs to form the signature guard of honour style arch, this stunning cut is crusted with a fragrant garlic and herb seasoning to create a truly impressive and flavourful centrepiece. Available from 19th December.

For a seafood special, Aldi’s NEW Specially Selected The Ultimate Salmon Wellington (£12.99, 725g) is a true Christmas showstopper. Tender salmon is paired with a rich champagne sauce, creating an indulgent filling wrapped in a golden, crusty pastry for a centrepiece that’s as impressive on the table as it is on the taste buds.Availablefrom19th December.

Pigs in Blankets

It wouldn’t be Christmas without pigs in blankets and Aldi’s Specially Selected The Ultimate Pigs in Blankets (£2.99, 300g) is a returning favourite that never fail to impress. Available in classic Pork and a NEW Pork & Cranberry flavour, these sausages, expertly wrapped in delicious smoked streaky bacon, offer an ultimate premium-tasting experience with every bite. Available from19th December.

Party Food

New for 2025 is an American diner classic with a festive twist — the Specially Selected Chicken Waffles with Waffle Sprinkles & Maple BBQ Sauce (£3.69, 8 pack), featuring succulent chicken in a light and fluffy batter paired with a finger-licking maple BBQ sauce and topped with a waffle crumb sprinkle. Available from 5th December.

Shoppers can treat friends and family to an award-winning appetiser with the NEW Specially Selected Mini Barber’s Cheddar Cheese & Ham Hock Scones (£4.99, 8 pack).These hot, crumbly bakes are filled with pulled ham hock, Barber’s cheese, and sweet, caramelised red onion chutney for a perfectly savoury bite. Crowned ‘Best Hot Canapé’ at the esteemed BBC Good Food Christmas Awards[1], these are sure to fly from the buffet. Available from 5th December.

Back by popular demand are the Specially Selected The Ultimate Wagyu Mini Sliders (£5.49, 280g). Made with deliciously juicy wagyu beef, these promise to be an unbeatable bitesize treat. Available from5th December.

Another returning favourite is the award-winning[1] Specially Selected Bao Buns (£4.29, 8 pack).Packed with a choice of NEW Sriracha King Prawn or Hoisin Vegetable,the bao buns come in charming Santa and gift designs to add festive magic to any party food table. Available from 5th December.

Meat-free

Aldi continues to revolutionise its meat-free offering each year and this year, the supermarket is launching its biggest ever festive vegan and veggie range. The NEW Specially Selected Sage & Onion Stuffed Tofu Roasting Joint (£4.99, 400g) features a beautifully caramelised sage and onion stuffing centre encased in a heavenly, herby tofu, all finished with a sweet cranberry and herb topping. Available from 19th December.

Another new addition is the Specially Selected No Beef Flank Steak (£7.49, 430g) — a plant-based flank cut that boasts an intense, beefy flavour and a remarkably lean texture. Whether seared to perfection or roasted, this tender, juicy meat alternative promises to be a culinary highlight. Available in stores now.

Cheese & Desserts

Stock up on premium cheeses this Christmas with Aldi’s unbeatable cheese range. The NEW Specially Selected Hickory Smoked Vintage Cheddar (£2.49, 200g) is not one to miss this year. Naturally matured for two years to develop a rich flavour, then smoked with hickory logs to provide a hint of sweetness, this cheese is made at the award-winning Davidstow Creamery in Cornwall. Available from 26th November.

For adventurous flavour combinations, the Specially Selected Speciality Cheeses (£2.49, 200g) will not disappoint. From Cheddar and Pineapple to NEW Sweet and Smokey Maple Cheddar, the quirky flavours deliver a perfect balance of sweet and savoury. And that’s not all — the NEW Wensleydale Ballycastle with White Chocolate & Caramel combines smooth Wensleydale with Aldi’s signature Ballycastle Irish Cream and a dash of delicious white chocolate and caramel. Available from 26th November. 

Those that still have room for dessert won’t want to miss the NEW Specially Selected Hazel Nut-Cracker (£7.99, 400g). A gold-dusted Belgian chocolate shell filled with caramel sauce, digestive biscuit balls, mini marshmallows, and a hazelnut and Belgian milk chocolate ganache, this showstopper is sure to be a crowd-pleaser this Christmas. Available in stores from 13th October. 

Pistachio continues to be the flavour of 2025, and the NEW Specially Selected Centrepiece Pistachio Tiramisu (£8.99, 575g) takes the trend to another level. This showstopping centrepiece stacks layers of lady fingers soaked in coffee syrup flavoured with brandy, pistachio and mascarpone cream cheese mousse. Finally, topped with crumbled pistachios and finished with gold glitter for extra sparkle. Available in stores from 19th December.

Tasty Tipples

Headlining the festive range is a truly unique and rare find from Bordeaux’s esteemed Margaux region, the NEW Margaux Declassified (£19.99, 75cl). ‘Declassified’ is a subtle nod towards the wine’s heritage, where a world-renowned Château has given Aldi‘s buyers access to a small parcel from its cellars. A wine of this calibre is typically found on exclusive wine lists in high-end restaurants, but it’s now available at an unbeatable Aldi price. Elegant, herbal aromas are complemented by exquisite oak notes. On the palate, expect rich and opulent flavours of cassis, cedar and cooked plums. It’s a wine to enjoy now, but will also benefit from years of careful cellaring. Available in stores from 13th October.

Aldi has also brought back its multi-award-winning Veuve Monsigny Premier Cru Champagne (£22.99, 75cl),available in stores from 13th October. The Premier Cru has a reputation for outshining big-name brands, earning a Best Buy title in Which? Best champagne for Christmas in 2024[2], and awarded Best Champagne in the prestigious Good Housekeeping taste test[3].

For shoppers looking to indulge in some festive fun, Aldi is raising spirits with the Infusionist Globes (£13.99, 70cl) and this year’s line-up includes Blood Orange Gin Liqueur, Honey Rum Liqueur and Toffee Vodka Liqueur. Not just a drink – but a décor statement. Whether served neat, stirred into cocktails, or adding a sparkle to a celebratory punch, they’re as versatile as they are dazzling.
