Supermarket Aldi is raising a glass to all things organic this September with the launch of the NEW Contevedo Cava (£8.99, 75cl),launching in stores on 9th September. The new addition comes as demand for sustainable wine grows, with shoppers increasingly opting for products that align with their values.[2]
Organic Cava in particular has seen strong success compared to conventionally grown products, with sales increasing by 24.59% according to The Cava Regulatory Council[3].
Well-rounded with aromas of white fruits, citrus notes and a hint of buttery pastries, Aldi’s new organic tipple is made using fewer pesticides and is certified to organic standards by law.[4]
