Indulge in English Wine Week (21^st-29^th June) with the launch of Aldi’s Bowler & Brolly x London Cru Pét-Nat, a premium sparkling wine crafted from English grapes.

Available in stores from 26^th June, at just £12.99 a bottle, this exclusive boutique-style wine offers shoppers a unique opportunity to enjoy premium English winemaking at an incredible price.

Bowler & Brolly x London Cru Pét-Natis made in collaboration with London Cru, London’s first urban winery. Known for supplying wines to some of London’s most prestigious hotels and restaurants such as Raffles and The Dorchester Collection, London Cru brings its expertise to Aldi shelves with this playful and approachable sparkling wine.

Crafted from a blend of Reichensteiner, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Bacchus, this sparkling wine delivers bright apple notes, zesty citrus flavours and fine bubbles. With no added sugar, it offers a fresh, bone-dry profile perfect for summer celebrations. Its versatility makes it ideal for pairing with BBQs, salads, seafood, or as an aperitif.

The wine is bottled unfiltered and unfined, meaning it’s undergone minimal processing leaving the lees in the bottle for added complexity and a slightly cloudy appearance. This centuries-old production method is a deliberate decision to add more flavour, texture, and a desire to preserve more of the wine’s natural characteristics. Unlike traditional English sparkling wines, which follow strict rules, Pét-Nat allows winemakers greater creative freedom, resulting in a fun and modern product.
