Supermarket Aldi is continuing to share the love for key workers by launching heart-shaped chicken nuggets this week, with all profits from the sale – equivalent to 70p per box sold – to be split between NHS Charities Together and Teenage Cancer Trust.
The limited-edition Share the Love Chicken Nuggets (£1.99, 350g) will be available in stores across the UK from 11th June for 4 weeks. These 100% British chicken heart-shaped nuggets are coated in a golden breadcrumb and are fun for all the family, so why not spread the love with your nearest and dearest, whilst helping Aldi to raise funds for charity?
The launch of the nuggets is part of the supermarket’s ongoing commitment to support NHS staff and volunteers, and charity partner Teenage Cancer Trust who provide specialist care for young people aged 13-24 with cancer. In May, Aldi separately launched a limited-edition bunch of Rainbow Tulips, and a tub of Rainbow Ice Cream, with all profits split between NHS Charities Together and Teenage Cancer Trust.
Aldi provides NHS staff, alongside Blue Light Card holders with priority access to Aldi stores at all times, along with exclusive access to stores 30 minutes before normal opening times on Sundays.
Aldi’s Share the Love Chicken Nuggets will be in stores across the UK from 11th June.
