ALDI LAUNCHES NEW COCKTAIL-INSPIRED BEER RANGE THAT IS PERFECT FOR SUMMER SIPPING

• NEW flavoured pale ales including Passion Fruit Martini Pale Ale and Peach on the Beach Pale Ale join Aldi’s ready-to-drink range 
• The supermarket is also launching cider cocktails for just 99p  

With ‘beer cocktails’, or ‘beertails’ continuing to be an ongoing trend¹,  supermarket Aldi is introducing a range of cocktail-inspired ale and cider cans this summer for as little as 99p. Available in store from 30^th June.  

Featuring three crafty new flavours, these unique tipples offer a new way to enjoy beer this summer.  

The Hop Foundry Passion Fruit Martini Pale Ale (£1.99, 440ml) 

A light and refreshing cocktail-inspired pale ale. Brewed with award-winning, aromatic English Cascade hops for a burst of citrus, and partnered with tropical passion fruit notes for that extra twist.  

The Hop Foundry Strawberry Daiquiri Pale Ale (£1.99, 440ml) 

An aromatic cocktail-inspired pale ale. Also brewed with English Cascade hops, it is paired with fragrant strawberry notes to create a summer sensation that is bursting with vibrant flavours! 

The Hop Foundry Peach on the Beach Pale Ale (£1.99, 440ml)  

This cocktail-inspired pale ale features mellow peach notes, capturing the essence of summer in every sip.  

And that’s not all, shoppers will be be-cider  themselves, as the supermarket is also launching a range of cocktail flavoured ciders. The three new exotic flavours are perfect for enjoying on warm summer days as an alternative to traditional cocktails. 

As National Pina Colada Day approaches², enjoy Aldi’s Taurus Pina Colada Flavoured Cider (£0.99, 330ml) for under £1. Sweet and creamy with pineapple alongside rich coconut flavours, shoppers will be transported to a sun-kissed tranquil beach. 

Aldi’s Taurus Passion Fruit Martini Flavoured Cider (£0.99, 330ml) promises hints of citrus and floral notes, transporting you to a tropical paradise with every sip. Serve cold over ice with a fresh slice of passion fruit or a wedge of lime.  

Finally, with National Mojito Day nearing³, Aldi’s NEW Taurus Raspberry Mojito Flavoured Cider (£0.99, 330ml) offers the tangy taste of ripe raspberries and a hint of zesty fresh mint. The burst of flavourings tantalise the taste buds and offers a cool respite on a hot summer’s day.

Älska Cherry Swedish Premium Cider (£3.99, 4 x 330ml) 

Top of the tinnies! A berry infused cider, bursting with ripe, sweet floral fruitiness.  

Taurus Blood Orange Cider (£3.99, 4 x 440ml)  

Bursting with a vibrant blood orange flavour, this refreshingly light citrus specialty is best served cold over ice with a slice of fresh orange. Ideal for a relaxing summer afternoon. 

Taurus Island’s Premium Apple Cider (£3.49, 4 x 440ml) 

A crisp finish, granting prominent apple aromas – this is the perfect choice for those seeking a twist on traditional ciders.  

The Hop Foundry Pineapple Pale Ale (£1.79, 440ml) 

Pale and hazy, tropical and tasty! Upfront notes of pineapple, complimented by a Bru-1 dry-hop addition, followed by medium-bodied swigs that finish sweet but sessionable.
