Ingredients

1 x ripe avocado

130g x 4 Seasons frozen summer fruits – defrosted

300ml Almond Drink

10ml Super Honey

Juice x 1 lime

5g wheatgrass powder

Method

Halve the avocado, remove and discard the stone and scoop out the flesh.

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth and creamy.

Serve immediately.
