ALDI’S NEW FITNESS MUST-HAVES CAN ELEVATE WORKOUTS

Whether a fitness fanatic looking to elevate home gyms, or a beginner looking to try a new workout without breaking the bank, Aldi is launching a NEW Fitness range to help shoppers reach their fitness goals. In stores from 21^st August as fitness crazes like Hyrox continue to rise³, those looking to get their hands on these latest must-haves had better be quick, as with all Specialbuys, once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Aldi’s NEW Crane Battle Rope is a state-of-the-art piece of equipment perfect for both core and arm workouts, as well as serving as a great cardio warmup (£26.99). Providing 8.4kg of weight and 12 metres long, this battle rope is available in a solid sleek black colourway.

Taking workouts to the next level, the Crane 10kg Weighted Bag (£19.99) adds an extra challenge for those looking to push themselves. Designed to help develop power, core strength, stability, balance and focus, it features five exterior handles to allow for a variety of training styles, while a durable PVC outer and reinforced stitching means it’s perfect for even the strongest gym-goers! 

Break a sweat with more weighted must-haves. Choose from a selection of Crane Kettlebells, available in 4kg and 6kg (£6.99 each) or 10kg or 12kg (£12.99 each) to use for an array of strength training exercises and whole-body workouts.
