Spring has officially sprung! The magnificent cherry blossom season is upon us, and with the National Trust’s annual #BlossomWatch celebration in sight (23^rd April)[1], Aldi is launching its very own botanical beauty with the brand-new Infusionist Cherry Blossom Gin Liqueur (£10.99, 50cl).

Available in stores from the 24^th April, the tipple boasts delicate floral flavours of cherry blossom that pair perfectly with zesty citrus notes. Cherry Blossom Bloom

Ingredients:

• 50ml Infusionist Cherry Blossom Gin Liqueur
• 25ml Cranberry Juice
• 25ml Apple Juice
• 75ml Specially Selected Valdobbiadene Prosecco
• Squeeze of fresh Lime
• Orange peel for garnish

Method:

1. Set the prosecco aside and shake the other ingredients with ice
2. Strain into a glass, top with prosecco and garnish with an orange peel twist
