Indulge in this exquisitely luxurious starter, the Specially Selected Exquisite Rope Hung 14 Hour Smoked Salmon (£4.99, 200g). Traditional hand cured with salt and Demerara sugar, before being rope hung and gently smoked for 14 hours for a delicious medley of flavours. Available 19th December.
Add a little class to your buffet table with Aldi’s Smoked Salmon Gin Collection (£4.99, 150g). Available in three indulgent gin flavours this salmon is hand cured, gently smoked and marinated in Aldi’s selected Gins (Gin Lane, Blue Topaz and Harrisons). Paired perfectly with Aldi’s Specially Selected Blini’s they’ll swim off the buffet table. Available 19th December.
Impress your dinner guests this Christmas day with Aldi’s Specially Selected King Prawn & Patagonian Scallop Gratin (£3.99, 240g). Sweet scallops and large king prawns topped with a rich Dijon mustard, Parmigiano Reggiano and Monsigny Champagne sauce. Hand-finished with breadcrumbs and chives and served in terracotta ramekins. Available 19th December.

 Or, try the deliciously creamy Specially Selected Scallop Gratin (£3.49, 200g).  Available in three flavours, there is something to suit everyone’s tastes. Choose from refreshing Scallop, Pea & Mint, indulgent Scallop with Monsigny Champagne or exotic Scallop, Chorizo & King Prawn. Available in the freezer aisle.
Perfect for the buffet table or as a starter the Specially Selected Cooked Black Tiger Prawns (£3.99, 300g) are the ideal quick and easy dish. Peeled and cooked jumbo black tiger prawns are ready to eat on their own or perfect in a prawn cocktail with a tasty Marie Rose sauce. Available 12th December.
For miniature meat feasts…
Treat your guests to the perfect festive bite with Aldi’s Specially Selected Mini Cranberry Topped Pork & Pâté Pies (£1.69, 200g). The pork pies include a tasty blend of British pork and pâté encased in crisp hot water pastry, topped with a sweet cranberry and port sauce. Available from 12th December.

You will find it difficult to resist the luxurious Specially Selected Pate Jars (£2.99). These rich pâtés are available in four delicious flavours: Brussels & Camembert with Cranberry topping, Chicken Liver Parfait, Salmon with Horseradish, or potted Cheddar with Redcurrant Chutney. For meat free options everyone will love…

For a starter that will please anyone, try the Specially Selected Mushroom Arancini (£2.99, 240g). These delicious “breadcrumb-coated” arancini balls are filled with rice, porcini mushrooms and West Country Farmhouse Cheddar Cheese – you won’t believe they’re gluten free! Available from 12th December.
The Stuffed Mushrooms (price in store) will satisfy vegetarians and meat eaters alike! These large flat mushrooms have been stuffed with a delicious mix of finely chopped garlic and rich cheese and will leave your guests wanting more. Available in stores now.

The Vegan Mini Bites (£1.79) are new for 2019 and are not to be missed. Each pack contains 10 handmade vegan party platter favourites. Choose from Sweet Chilli Cauliflower & Pumpkin Bites or Jackfruit Spring Rolls for a vegan twist on duck spring rolls. Available from 28th October.
