SAVE ENERGY AND MONEY WITH ALDI’S NEW KITCHEN GADGETS 

Just in time for the new year, Aldi is launching a range of must-have gadgets to help Brits cut costs in the kitchen without compromising on flavour or healthiness. Seeing the return of its sell-out air fryers as well as Aldi’s Soup Maker, these latest kitchen appliances will be available to pre-order online from 2^nd January and in stores from 5^th January. Those looking to get a head start on new year’s resolutions will need to be quick though as with all Specialbuys once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Aldi’s sell-out air fryers are returning to stores, with two options available. Keen cooks can choose the Halogen Air Fryer (£29.99), which costs just 14p a day to run and features full thermostatic temperature controls and timer functions, as well as a huge 17L capacity and a self-cleaning function – perfect for those with lots of mouths to feed. Another air fryer option includes the 4.5L Air Fryer (£39.99) – ideal for making tasty, healthy dishes and costing a fraction of the running costs compared to a conventional oven. 

Helping shoppers concoct delicious soups without breaking the bank is Aldi’s Soup Maker (£34.99), which costs just 34p an hour to run. With a 1.6L capacity, it features four functions; smooth, chunky, blend without heating and reheat/keep warm, and can be used for both hot and cold liquids making it the perfect year-round product. Those looking to start their day with a healthy juice will love the Nutribullet Juicer (£79.99, online only), available at Aldi for up to £20 less than other retailers¹. 

Quickly whip up a tasty meal with Aldi’s Omelette Maker (£11.99). Costing 34p an hour to run, it features non-stick cooking plates and enough space to cook two omelettes at one time – saving energy and the washing up. For easy grilling, shoppers can pick up Aldi’s Electric Grill (£24.99), a great option for those looking to boost flavour while cutting down on oil and fat. Better yet, it can help bill-payers save an incredible 86% on energy costs compared to using an electric hob.
