SIT BACK AND SIP ON ALDI’S BIGGEST SPIRITS FESTIVAL YET!

• Aldi debuts 13 new spirits as part of its August Spirits Festival
• The range includes a new collection of rum, vodka, more Haysmith’s gins and an Aperol-style gin liqueur

Aldi is lifting the nation’s spirits by adding a whopping THIRTEEN new tipples to its award-winning range, from just £9.99. With summer in full swing, shoppers can keep their gins up with Aldi’s biggest spirits festival yet! From astrology inspired and wacky flavoured gins, to classic flavoured vodkas, trendy rums and a new Infusionist that’ll add a little gin ne sais quoi to your Italian style aperitif.

Arriving in Aldi stores and online from 6^th August, the supermarket has hopped onto the popular sweet  trend and added a Raspberry Vodka (£14.99) and Vanilla Vodka (£14.99) to its Tamova vodka range. The fruity sweet spirits will beat rivals including Absolut and Smirnoff, as the tipples cost under £15 each![1]

To meet consumer demand for rum – tipped as the next big gin – Aldi has added two new delicious rums to its range[2] including the popular cocktail-inspired tipple of Sea Dog Raspberry Mojito Rum (£14.99). Or for something golden and exotic to enjoy as the temperatures are set to soar, try the Gosling’s Gold Seal Rum (£17.99).

Alternatively, if rum isn’t your thing, Aldi has a summer treat for you with its new Infusionist Aperini Bitter Orange Gin Liqueur (£8.99), perfect if you’re looking for a sophisticated twist on the classic spritz.

Fresh from winning five medals at the recent Drinks Business Gin Masters, Aldi has added to its popular botanical gin brand, Haysmith’s, with eight new flavours hitting shelves. The supermarket is bringing gin lovers a taste of a sweet but classic Old Tom Gin (£14.99), a simply juicy and refreshing combination of Pomegranate & Cucumber (£14.99), a bittersweet Honeycomb Gin (£14.99) which shimmers gold when shakenand an on-trend Strawberry & Lime Gin (£14.99) set to rival Koppaberg’s – but at a fraction of the price.[3]

The final four landing on shelves are inspired by the constellations: Elements by Haysmith’s Exceptional Gins and Spirits (£9.99 – £14.99). Shoppers will be in their element as they can pick from a delicious non-alcoholic spirit or premium gin of their choice, depending on their star sign.

These scrumptious new arrivals are available in store and online nationwide from August 6^th and will provide the perfect cocktail or refreshment during the warmer months.
