This Veganuary, shoppers won’t need to have a meltdown as Aldi is boosting its vegan ice cream offering. Hitting frozen aisles from 31st December, Aldi is offering three new ice cream products for vegans to enjoy!
First up is Gianni’s Vegan Ice Cream (£1.99, 500ml), which is available in three new delicious flavours; Salted Caramel with Macadamia & Honeycomb, Chocolate Brownie and Peanut Butter.
The Salted Caramel ice cream is mixed with salted caramel sauce and blended with pieces of caramelised macadamia and honeycomb, making it deliciously gooey. The Chocolate Brownie flavour includes generous chunks of brownie pieces and swirled with chocolate sauce. For the nuttier bunch, the Peanut Butter flavour is caramelised with peanuts offering a tasty crunch.
Next up is Aldi’s NEW Plant Menu Vegan Vanilla Ice Cream (£1.99, 1 litre), which is the perfect sweet tooth treat, and priced at a cool £1.99, it’s a massive £2.50 cheaper than Oatly’s version[1].
It’s never been easier to switch to the plant-based lifestyle and Aldi is on hand with the real deal when it comes to sweet treats. Lip-smackingly creamy and silky-smooth, shoppers will struggle to tell these delicious tubs are vegan.
Finally, for those who can’t be trusted with a full tub, Aldi is launching new Vegan Chocsticks (£1.99, 3 x 90ml), available in three flavours; Salted Caramel, New Chocolate and Forest Fruit, these are the perfect evening treat.
Aldi’s vegan range is bigger than ever this year and those with a sweet-tooth needn’t worry about missing their dessert, these ice creams are the perfect sweet treat to enjoy during Veganuary (or longer!) 2021 has never looked sweeter.
