With less than 100 days to go until the big day, Aldi has announced it will be launching its first mince pies of the year this Sunday (22^nd September).

Sweet-treat fans who like to celebrate early can pick up a pack of Aldi’s Holly Lane Deep Filled Mince Pies for just £1.39 (6 pack) — that’s 23p per pie! Shortcrust pastry cases filled with mincemeat and topped with a light dusting of sugar; Christmas really has come early.

Eager pie-oneers can also grab Aldi’s Holly Lane Iced Mince Pies (£1.59, 6 pack) made with deliciously golden shortcrust pastry cases filled with mincemeat and topped with icing.

And for those after a taste of luxury, the Specially Selected All Butter Mince Pies (£2.29, 6 pack) are filled with rich, delicious mincemeat and infused with port and cognac.

Whether shoppers enjoy their mince pies warmed up with a dollop of cream or as a quick bite straight out of the pack, Aldi has the ultimate treat to get them in the festive spirit.
