ALDI LAUNCHES BBQ FLAVOURED BAO BUN KIT FOR LESS THAN £4

Ready to ring in the year of the Tiger, supermarket Aldi has just announced the launch of its roar-some Scratch Szechuan Chicken BBQ Bao Bun Kit ​(£3.99, 510g). Available from 27^th January, just in time for Chinese New Year, Asian food fanatics are sure to bao down to this sensational kit – served in a playful Chinese inspired takeaway box that the whole family will love.

The delicious box is sure to add a bit of spice to weekday evening meals. The meal kit includes tender BBQ marinated chicken, melt in the mouth buns, tangy pickled slaw and crunchy peanuts to garnish

Part of Aldi’s range of mouth-watering seasonal meat specials, the Bao Bun Kit sits alongside Char Sui Pork Fillet Medallions (350g, £2.89), Kung Pao Pork Loin Steaks (440g, £2.79), Chinese Style Coconut Chicken Curry (500g, £2.99) and Specially Selected Aberdeen Angus Sizzle Steak with Teriyaki Seasoning (600g, £5.99).
