BLOOMING HUGE SAVINGS ON WEDDING FLOWERS FROM ALDI – UP TO 97% LESS THAN BRIDAL BOUQUETS 

Getting married is notoriously one of the most expensive life events, alongside moving house and having a baby. Now, supermarket Aldi is stepping in to provide more affordable options for loved up shoppers – particularly when it comes to fresh flower bouquets. Aldi’s selection of British seasonal flowers are perfect to combine to create a beautiful bridal bouquet and are on-sale daily – with nearly all coming in at under a fiver! 

With figures showing that flowers can represent up to 10% of the total wedding cost¹, savings are not to be sniffed at. Thanks to Aldi, costs can be reduced without compromising on style and freshness – with the extensive flower selection of roses, sunflowers, lisianthus, oriental lilies, carnations and more available from as little as £2.99.  

A combination of two beautiful British bouquets from Aldi to make one bridal bouquet comes in at as little as £5.58, which compared to costs of £80 to £175² for a professional bridal bouquet represents a saving of up to 97%. 

With almost a quarter of couples already DIYing their wedding flowers³, there are several arrangements shoppers can make by using Aldi’s beautiful flowers.  

A variety of bouquets can be made depending on the fresh flowers on sale that week at Aldi. This week (starting 1^st August), shoppers could choose to combine two bouquets of Sunflowers (£2.79) for £5.58 or two Medium Mixed Bouquets for £7.98. 

The Medium Mixed Bouquet (£3.99) is made up of a stunning range of Aldi flowers in either Pink Blush or Tropical flower arrangements, while the Truly British Seasonal bouquet is a ready-made bunch containing a range of flowers depending on the season. This month shoppers will enjoy a bouquet which contains stems such as Sunflowers, Oriental Lily and Gypsophila, all for just £6.99.
