With Pancake Day quickly crép-ing up, Aldi has revealed the pocket-pleasing savings that shoppers can make when stocking up on eggs, flour, milk, sugar, and lemon juice for less than £2 per person. Proving that pancake pioneers need not break the bank – Tesco, Sainsbury’s and M&S customers will be looking at paying 22% more than if they shopped at Aldi.
From mixing and flipping to topping and serving, shoppers can make in-crepe-able pancakes in minutes – and all for just £1.92 per person1. Delicately topped with sweet sugar and citrusy lemon juice, this classic combination is sure to be a hit with shoppers.
