RUN, DO-NUT WALK… ALDI BECOMES FIRST SUPERMARKET TO LAUNCH SUMMER-INSPIRED ICE CREAM DOUGHNUTS!

Calling all sweet-toothed shoppers, this latest American style treat to hit the Aldi aisles is every bit sweet as it is delicious. The brand-new Ice Cream Doughnuts (4 x 55ml) are available in stores from 9^th May for just £2.29.

New to UK supermarkets, Aldi has combined two top-rated sweet treats to create a delightfully tasty dessert duo. Following the roaring success of well-known dessert pairings including ‘Cronuts’ and ‘Yumnuts’ⁱ, Aldi brings you this summer’s savviest of pairings and doughnut craze.

Each Ice Cream Doughnut comes splashed with rainbow sprinkles and coated with a choice of milk or white chocolate. Stuffed with creamy vanilla ice cream, the inside of the doughnut offers a refreshing twist, perfect to help shoppers cool down on a hot summer’s day.

Turning up the temptation, Aldi’s new Ice Cream Cookies (6x55ml/4x95ml) can also be enjoyed in two classic flavours – Cookies & Cream and American Style from 12^th May for only £1.99. Deliciously gooey and thick, these melt-in-the-mouth cookies are filled with an irresistible ice cream sweetness that is guaranteed to put shoppers in a spin.

Aldi’s Ice Cream Doughnuts and Ice Cream Cookies are set to be a family favourite this summer, so shoppers should get in there quick to make sure they do-nut miss out. Available in-store and via Click & Collect from 5^th and 12^th May.
