Local mum, Eilidh Wells, has unveiled how to stretch your budget this October break and comfortably feed a family of four for under £25.

Eilidh has taken to Aldi Scotland’s aisles to scour the latest deals and budget friendly produce to create a series of seven dinners, with plenty of leftovers for lunches.

Aldi Scotland offers a range of produce at discounted prices, making it the perfect store for shoppers who want to get more for their money without compromising on quality.

I made the most of this shopping by meal planning ahead of time and buying some ingredients I could use across several meals. Having last nights leftovers for lunch always help too .”
