ALDI ANNOUNCES ITS 2026 CHRISTMAS SEAFOOD RANGE

Aldi is serving up a festive tide of responsibly sourced, high-quality seafood designed to help shoppers add a touch of luxury to Christmas spreads, without the premium price tag.

Boasting the ‘it’ flavour of 2026 is Aldi’s Specially Selected Honey Roast Hot Smoked Side of Salmon (£9.99, 450g). A decadent main course enriched with honey and expertly hot smoked, it promises an intense, full-bodied flavour with every flaky bite. Available in stores from 19^th December.

Back by popular demand, Aldi’s Specially Selected Dressed Crab (£5.99, 140g) offers a true taste of luxury. This Cromer crab marries delicate white meat that is light, sweet and gently salted with rich brown meat for a deeper, savoury flavour. Available in stores from 19^th December.

A must-have for the season,Aldi’s Specially Selected The Ultimate Himalayan Salt Aged Smoked Salmon (£3.99, 100g) is traditionally oak-smoked and cured with a dry salt and sugar cure, before being matured in a salt vault to create an unrivalled, butter-soft texture that will have guests reeling for more. Available in stores from 4^th December.

For a twist on a classic, the Specially Selected Scottish Flavoured Smoked Salmon (£3.79, 100g) comes in two irresistible flavours. Christmas Cure is cured with port, orange, cinnamon and cloves for a truly festive flavour. Meanwhile, the Whisky & Orange boasts a rich Glen Marnoch Whisky with citrussy orange notes. Seafood lovers looking to impress guests will want to showcase Aldi’s Specially Selected Lobster Tails (£12.99, 254g).The sweet and succulent tails are available in two flavours — a zesty lemon & Prosecco and garlic and herb.  Available in stores from 12^th October.

Those looking to put on one shell of a spread will love Aldi’s Specially Selected Seafood Sharing Ramekin (£5.49, 260g). Featuring a decadent trio of responsibly sourced king prawns, Argentinian red shrimp and Patagonian scallops, the premium appetiser is enveloped in a creamy cheddar, sauvignon blanc and brandy sauce. Available in stores from 19^th December.

Christmas hosting is made simple with Aldi’s showstopping ready-to-serve seafood canapés. The Specially Selected Hand Topped Blinis (£3.49, 108g/9 pack) offer a gorgeous bite-sized treat of smoked salmon over a bed of cream cheese. Available in lemon and beetroot & orange flavours, these delicious blinis are available in stores from 19^th December.

For a sophisticated snacking option, Aldi’s Specially Selected Fish Pâté (£1.49, 90g) is sure to impress. Gently flaked and perfectly seasoned, it is available in two flavours: Salmon and Trout. Available in stores from 19^th December.

Finally, shoppers can enjoy Aldi’s Specially Selected Cold Smoked Trout (£3.09, 100g). Delicately cold smoked for a subtle, smoky flavour, the tender trout boasts a silky texture that makes it perfect for serving on blinis or enjoying as part of a luxurious Christmas breakfast.
