FIRST LOOK: ALDI REVEALS ITS SHOWSTOPPING 2026 CHRISTMAS RANGE

Aldi, recently crowned Christmas Retailer of the Year at the Quality Food Awards, has officially unveiled a sneak peek of its highly anticipated 2026 Christmas range. 

Designed to make festive hosting effortless and memorable, the showstopping selection spans indulgent main courses, must-have party bites, decadent desserts, and award-winning confectionery. 

Julie Ashfield, Chief Commercial Officer at Aldi UK, said: “We’re thrilled to unveil our 2026 Christmas range following another fantastic year at the Quality Food Awards, where Aldi was named Christmas Retailer of the Year. Shoppers can expect our usual great value and high-quality products this Christmas, with a combination of much-loved festive classics alongside exciting new launches. This is just a taste of what’s to come, so shoppers should keep an eye out for more!” 

The Main Event: 

Among the standout mains is the multi-award-winning Specially Selected East Anglian Fresh Whole Goose (£11.99 per kg), crowned Quality Food Awards ‘Christmas Product of the Year’. Slow grown on local East Anglian farms for incredible tenderness, the succulent main brings pure luxury to the Christmas table. Available from 19th December. 

For traditionalists, the Specially Selected Hand Finished British Whole Turkey (£13.99 per kg) makes a welcome return. Reared slowly and dry-hung for a minimum of 10 days for exceptional flavour and juiciness, it comes complete with parchment wrapping, giblets for rich homemade gravy and a handy pop-up timer. Available from 19th December. 

Shoppers seeking a succulent alternative to poultry will adore the NEW Specially Selected Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder with Orange Marmalade Glaze (£24.99, 1.82kg). Tender British lamb is paired with a bright, sweet, and tangy citrus glaze, offering a hassle-free, restaurant-style centrepiece. Available from 19th December. 

Beef enthusiasts can elevate their feast with the newly reformulated Specially Selected Beef Wellington (£32.99, 1kg). This premium dish features a 30-day matured prime beef fillet coated in a savoury porcini mushroom rub, topped with smooth mushroom parfait, and encased in a delicate crepe and buttery puff pastry. Available from 19th December. 

Pigs in Blankets: 

Back by popular demand, the Good Housekeeping 2025 winner2 Specially Selected Double Wrapped Pigs in Blankets (£2.69, 250g) return to take centre-stage. Juicy pork sausages are double-wrapped in full rashers of dry-cured oak-smoked bacon for extra flavour in every bite. Available from 25th November. 

Shoppers will be delighted to hear that Aldi’s Giant Yorkshire Pig in Blanket (£4.99, 350g) is returning to stores this season. Boasting a whopping 60cm pig in blanket made from British pork, this luxurious pig in blanket sits inside a large Yorkshire pudding. Available from 10th December.  

Party Food: 

Excitement is guaranteed at the buffet table with Aldi’s NEW Good Food award-winning3 Specially Selected King Prawn Toast and Crispy Tempura Vegetable Fritters with Sweet Chilli Dip (£3.99, 280g). The prawn toast is loaded with minced king prawns and toasted sesame seeds for a burst of seafood flavour or veg lovers can opt for the deliciously crispy veggie fritter option. Available from 4th December. 

For a playful bite-sized treat, the Specially Selected Mini Tacos (£3.99, 8 pack), encased in a crunchy tortilla shell and offered in Smoky Buffalo Chicken or a savoury Vegetable Medley, will suit all taste buds. Available from 4th December. 

Pastry lovers can opt for the bite-sized yet mighty Specially Selected Mini Pastry Baskets (£3.99, 240g), featuring crispy golden pastry loaded with either vegetables in a massaman curry sauce or fiery Sriracha chicken filling. Available from 4th December.  

To add a touch of luxury to festive gatherings, the Specially Selected Lobster Tails (£12.99, 254g) are a must-have. Succulent and sweet, they are available in two irresistible coatings: Lemon & Prosecco or Garlic & Herb. Available from 12th October. 

Meat Free: 

Stealing the show for meat-free shoppers is the NEW Specially Selected Cauliflower Cheese Wellington (£4.99, 400g), combining cauliflower and spinach in an indulgent three-cheese sauce, all wrapped in golden puff pastry. Available from 19th December. 

Plant-based diners can also enjoy the returning shopper favourite Specially Selected No Beef Fillet (£4.99, 430g), featuring a pepper crust and served with a rich and indulgent onion gravy. Available from 19th December. 

Cheese & Desserts: 

Leading Aldi’s dessert line-up is the NEW Specially Selected Mini Gold Coin Bites (£3.99, 162g), featuring a gold Belgian milk chocolate shell with layers of caramel sauce and chocolate ganache finished with honeycomb pieces. Available in stores from 4th December. 

The bite-size festive treats are inspired by the firm shopper favourite, the Specially Selected Ultimate Belgian Chocolate Gold Coin (£7.99, 470g), which is returning to shelves from 19th December for those who prefer a bigger gold coin filled with caramel sauce, blonde chocolate mousse and chocolate biscuit balls. 

Also making an anticipated return for the season are the Specially Selected Ganache Pinecones (£4.49, 210g), now available in the NEW deliciously decadent Billionaire’s and returning Belgian Blonde Chocolate & Caramel. Available from 4th December. 

Cheeseboard lovers can build the ultimate display with the Specially Selected Luxury Truckle Tower (£13.99, 1kg). This impressive centrepiece stacks a full kilogram of artisanal cheeses, featuring NEW creamy Wensleydale with Cranberry, Blueberry & Sloe Gin, NEW Truffle & Honey Cheddar and the much-loved Extra Mature Coastal® Cheddar and Aged Red Leicester. Available from 19th December. 

Also launching in time for the festivities are the NEW Specially Selected Cheese Truckles (£2.49, 200g). These super-sized, premium truckles are guaranteed to satisfy a full family of cheese fanatics, with options including rich Coastal® Cheddar, Aged Red Leicester, and Truffle Cheddar. Available from 25th November. 

Confectionery & Gifting:  

Shoppers can tuck into an award-winning sweet treat this season with the Specially Selected Mug Hanger Biscuits (£1.49, 170g). Crowned Quality Food Awards Gold4 in the Christmas Sweet Biscuits and Crackers category, these warmly spiced caramelised gingerbread men are designed to sit charmingly on the edge of a mug to make any hot beverage a festive one. Available from 22nd November. 

For a magical holiday gift, the Perfect Christmas Grotto Christmas Tin (£9.99, 300g) won Quality Food Awards Gold5 in the Christmas Novelty and Gifting category. Featuring a light-up open feature and filled with mini gingerbread men, it serves as a wonderful keepsake long after the treats are gone. Available from 22nd November. 

Tasty Tipples: 

Festive glasses are set to sparkle this Christmas, as Aldi raises the bar with a standout selection of premium wines, showstopping spirits and winter warmers. Wine lovers can elevate the festive table with the Specially Selected Chablis Premier Cru (£18.99, 75cl), boasting aromas of grilled nuts, honey, honeysuckle and apple crumble, or the Specially Selected Amarone della Valpolicella (£18.99, 75cl), with rich flavours of ripe cherries, winter spice and chocolate-covered strawberries. Available from 9th November. 

To keep spirits high, shoppers can also stock up on trending ready-to-drink cocktails from just £1.79, including the NEW Infusionist Salted Caramel Espresso Martini (£1.99, 125ml), NEW Infusionist Cranberry & Orange Cosmo (£1.79, 250ml) and NEW Infusionist Dark Berry Margarita (£1.79, 250ml).  

For indulgent festive sipping, the NEW Ballycastle Chocolate Malted Biscuit Country Cream (£6.79, 70cl) and NEW Ballycastle Toffee Chocolate Country Cream (£6.79, 70cl) deliver rich, dessert-inspired flavours. 

For cosy nights in and festive hosting, shoppers can warm up with Aldi’s winter warmers such as the Classic Mulled Wine (£2.99, 75cl), also available in Cranberry & Clementine and Gingerbread (£3.49, 75cl). Available now.
