ALDI’S MINCE PIE RANGE STARTS FROM JUST 21P A PIE

Aldi’s 2024 pie-cture perfect mince pie range has been unveiled.  From perfectly nutty pecan fillings to brilliant booze-filled delights, the supermarket’s selection includes irresistible varieties for all tastebuds. What’s more, with prices starting from just 21p a pie, there’s an option to suit all budgets too.

Lovers of luxury can enjoy Aldi’s most premium mince pie offering to date, the NEW Specially Selected Ultimate Mince Pies (£2.49, 2 pack). Packed to the punch with tasty mincemeat and polished with a crumbly golden shortcrust pastry. Available from 24^th November.

Also new to shelves and taking a quirky take on a festive classic are Aldi’s NEW Specially Selected Maple & Pecan Mince Pies (£2.25, 4 pack). All butter pastry packed with caramel flavour filling and a pecan, toffee flavour sponge topped with maple buttercream finished with gold sugar crunch and a sugar dusting. Also included are the NEW Specially Selected Whisky Fruit & Almond Mince Pies (£2.25, 4 pack). Both available from 1st November.

Another NEW addition for Christmas 2024 will be Aldi’s Specially Selected Ruby Port Fig and Cheese Puff Pastry Mince Pie (£2.59, 4 pack). Available from 1st November, this pie offers an all butter puff pastry with a blend of Cheddar and Emmental cheese, filled with a Ruby Port, fig, and pear mincemeat.

A long-awaited returning favourite, the Specially Selected Ballycastle Mince Pies (£2.59, 6 pack), are set to get everyone in the festive mood this season. These pies are packed with moreish mincemeat and finished with a beautifully swirled buttercream topping which is blended with Aldi’s Ballycastle Country Cream.   Available from 1st November.

Back by popular demand, the Specially Selected Frangipane Mince Pies (£2.59, 6 pack) are filled with amaretto liqueur mincemeat containing sultanas, glacé cherries and mixed citrus peel, topped with a nutty frangipane and crunchy-flaked almonds. Available from 1^st November.

Another returning festive staple, the Specially Selected Caramelised Apple Crumble Mince Pies (£2.59, 6 pack), combines indulgent caramelised apple and mincecraft tarts, topped with a spiced crumb. Pastry pioneers can also get their hands on the Specially Selected Millionaire’s Crumble Mince Pies (£2.59, 6 pack) filled with salted caramel, chocolate and hazelnut filling, and decorated with a sensationally sweet dusting. Both available from 1^st November.

For a deliciously indulgent feel, shoppers can pick up the Specially Selected Jamaican Rum Tarts (£2.59, 6 pack). Spiced rum infused mincemeat is encased in buttery pastry, offering a richly decadent treat with each mouthful. Equally flavoursome, the Holly Lane Puff Pastry Mince Pies (£1.99, 6 pack) are packed with a classic spiced mincemeat filling — all encased in a beautifully light puff pastry shell with a sprinkle of sugar dusting. Both available from 1^st November.

For a premium classic, the decadently designed Specially Selected Mince Pies (£1.49, 6 pack) are a fail-safe option. These delicious festive treats are filled with luxury vine and citrus fruits, infused with brandy and Cognac. What’s more, they come in mini sizes too – Specially Selected Mini Mince Pies (£2.29, 6 pack). Shoppers will have to be determined not to have more than one! Both available now. 

For those who like to keep it classic, Aldi has brought back its cult favourite — Holly Lane Deep Filled Mince Pies (£1.39, 6 pack) — which are just 21p per pie! Eager pie-oneers can also grab Holly Lane Iced Mince Pies (£1.25, 6 pack) made with deliciously golden shortcrust pastry cases filled with mincemeat and topped with icing. Both available in stores now.
