ALDI LAUNCHES BARGAIN BURNS BOX FOR THE PERFECT SCOTTISH SUPPER

Shoppers celebrating Burns Night this year will be keen to (Glas)-go to Aldi as the supermarket announces the launch of a classic Scottish speciality at a bargain price.

The McIntosh of Strathmore Burns Box (£3.79, 900g) provides the ultimate Scottish supper to mark the annual celebrations of the country’s renowned poet, Robert Burns. The meal kit for two includes a helping of deliciously hearty haggis and a tray of creamy mashed tatties, accompanied with a side of traditional mashed neeps. The kit also includes a mouth-wateringly rich whisky sauce, completing the Burns Night feast in one easy to serve box for the 25^th January celebrations.
