Aldi shoppers can whip up the new Ballycastle Chocolate and Clementine Extra Thick Cream (£1.99, 250ml) this festive season as the supermarket adds to its popular range of Irish Cream products. Available in stores from 9^th December.

Combining the velvety thickness of regular Ballycastle cream with the sweetness of fresh clementines and indulgent chocolate, this post dinner treat is inspired by Aldi’s popular festive tipple Ballycastle Chocolate & Clementine Cream Liqueur (£7.49, 70cl). Perfect for pouring over a Christmas pud or to bring an element of sweet indulgence to some juicy fruit, shoppers are going to want to grab a spoon and dig in!

The news comes as Aldi’s Irish Cream Liqueur range has scooped a series of awards. Its Specially Selected Irish Cream (£7.99, 70cl) bagged the ‘Great Value’ accolade in the 2022 prestigious Which? ‘Irish Cream Liqueur’ taste test. Whilst the Ballycastle Espresso Martini Country Cream (£7.49, 70cl) landed a gold medal at the Spirits Business Liqueur Masters 2022.

For a true Ballycastle treat, shoppers can also enjoy Aldi’s new Ballycastle Chocolate & Irish Cream Truffles (£3.99, 125g) – saving as much as 52% compared to Baileys!

Aldi’s new Ballycastle Extra Thick Cream will be available in stores from 9^th December. The other Ballycastle products in the range are available now.
