Aldi has announced it is launching a Footlong Pigs in Blankets Sandwich in a supermarket first. Priced at just £3.49– these heavenly 30cm long sarnies will be trotting into stores on 10^th December nationwide.

A meaty, footlong British pig in blanket is nestled in layers of creamy fried onion mayonnaise and sweet cranberry chutney, sandwiched between a soft, buttery footlong brioche roll. Finished with succulent butter basted British turkey, for the ultimate in festive decadence.

But that’s not all – Aldi shoppers can get their festive mitts on a mouth watering selection of Christmas carbs, from smoked salmon sarnies to
