ALDI UNVEILS EASTER AIR FRYER ROAST FOR JUST £3.55 PER PERSON

Go pig or go home: for a hassle-free dinner this Easter, home cooks can impress with ease using Aldi’s Air Fryer Easter Pork Roast recipe. Not only an extravagant Easter banquet, that’s perfect for simple hosting on the big day, it also costs less than £4 per person.
Shoppers can create the classic pork roast in a dual air fryer accompanied with all the delicious trimmings. Beautifully succulent pork loin, crisp, bacon-wrapped apple chunks with a plethora of green veg and lashings of gravy – all prepared and served in under 2.5 hours.

Method
- Season the pork with salt and pepper. Place pork into drawer one of the air fryer at 160°C for 1hr 20 minutes.
- Whilst the pork is cooking, trim both ends of the green beans, cut the broccoli into florets and peel the carrots and cut into 2cm chunks. Toss all prepared vegetables in a little oil, salt and pepper and set aside.
- Quarter the apple and cut off the core, wrap with one piece of streaky bacon. Pop in the fridge until later on.
- After one hour put the carrots into drawer two at 160°C and cook for 20 minutes.
- Remove the pork, check it is cooked all the way through and leave to rest on a plate covered loosely with foil.
- Add the green beans and the broccoli to drawer two with the carrots, increase the temperature to 200°C and cook for 10 minutes.
- Place the potatoes into drawer one at 200°C and cook for 10 minutes.
- Take the apple pieces out of the fridge and pop them into drawer one with the potatoes and cook for a further 10 minutes.
- While plating all the ingredients place the Yorkshires into an empty drawer and cook for four mins at 200°C.
Serve with gravy and enjoy!
