ALDI’S FIRST EASTER EGGS AND HOT CROSS BUNS LAND IN STORES FOR JUST 20P PER BUN

• Aldi’s Specially Selected Luxury (£1.49) and Village Bakery (£1.19) Fruited Hot Cross Buns are now in stores, alongside Chocolate Mini Eggs from £1.15 

Aldi is hopping into the Easter spirit with the arrival of its much-anticipated Hot Cross Bun range. The first of the supermarket’s hot cross buns are now on shelves with prices starting from as little as 20p per bun.  

Shoppers can treat themselves to the Specially Selected Luxury Fruited Hot Cross Buns (£1.49, 4 pack), which are generously filled with succulent fruits and warming spices for a premium twist on a classic. 

For a more traditional option, Aldi’s Village Bakery Fruited Hot Cross Buns (£1.19, 6 pack) are soft, lightly spiced and ideal for toasting and spreading with butter – and are just 20p per bun!  

Aldi is also bringing back its popular Chocolate Mini Eggs. The Choceur Mini Chocolate Eggs (£1.15, 74g) return in three crowd-pleasing flavours: zesty Orange, cool Mint, and the NEW velvety Caramel. Each bite-sized treat features a crisp candy shell and smooth chocolate centre.  

The much-loved Dairyfine Filled Mini Eggs (£2.49, 150g) are also back. Nutoka combines a milk chocolate shell with a smooth, hazelnut flavoured filling, while Jaffa pairs dark chocolate with a zesty, orange-infused centre for a bold, citrusy twist. 

For a touch of luxury, Aldi’s Moser Roth Luxury Filled Eggs (£2.79, 150g), in stores now, are individually wrapped and feature smooth milk chocolate shells with Milk Truffle, Milk Hazelnut, or Crispy Hazelnut fillings.  

Shoppers can look forward to Aldi’s full Easter range landing in stores over the next few weeks.
