Biscuit lovers across the UK have been up in arms this week, following the news that Nestlé’s beloved Breakaway Biscuit Bar is set to be discontinued in just one month’s time[1].
Brits have been taking to social media to express their disappointment, with one X (Twitter) user saying ‘gutted – I have one of these a day!’ while another chimed in ‘not happy at all, really gonna miss these!’[2]
Luckily, Aldi is on hand to save the day with an alternative that not only resembles the great Breakaway taste but does it for cheaper.
