Supermarket Aldi is raising the thrill factor this Halloween with fa-boo-lous hot chocolate mug melts in two ghoulish characters, Frankie and Pumpkin. Available in stores now, the spooktacular Specialbuy milk chocolate treats follow Aldi’s sell-out Easter and Christmas mug melt range.
When submerged into a mug of hot milk, the deliciously indulgent Dairyfine Halloween Chocolate Mug Melts (£1.99, 65g) softens into a rich, chocolatey drink. What’s more, each fun character is filled with a hidden centre of marshmallows and chocolate drops, which start to appear as the outer chocolate melts away!
Even foodie TikTokers and Instagrammers, Food Made Simple, Daddy Cooks Food and Gayle Chapman, are getting in on the mug melt action. Taking to TikTok, Food Made Simple and Gayle Chapman have got followers craving the tempting treat, with some commenting: “Oh wow! That’s so simple! Where can I buy them?” and“These are amazing, bought this for kids the other day. They loved them!” after amassing 30,000views in 48 hours.
Whilst on Instagram, Daddy Cooks Food whips up the delicious drink for his daughter, who not only rated the drink a 10/10 but also said “It was really delicious and tasty!”.
Shoppers can get their hands on the AAAH-MazingDairyfine Chocolate Mug Melts as part of Aldi’s Halloween range in stores now.
