• Shoppers can also purchase prosecco for less than £5 from 8^th December

Aldi is helping Brits gear up for a great value Christmas this year, with fizz-stive promotions across its best-selling bubbly range.

Starting from 8^th December and running until New Year’s Eve, shoppers can save up to 29% on Aldi’s bottles of fizz, including the Nicholas De Montbart Champagne for just £9.99 and Prosecco Spumante DOC for just £4.99 –cheers to that!

Nicolas De Montbart Champagne – WAS £13.99, NOW £9.99 (29% saving)

With fruit and floral notes, this traditional Champagne blends equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, resulting in a subtle elegance on the palate. Serve as an aperitif or accompaniment to Christmas canapes. Or better yet, to cheers guests into the New Year!

Prosecco Spumante DOC – WAS £6.49, NOW £4.99 (23% saving)

This flavoursome Italian prosecco offers peach and pear flavours with notes of apple peel and lemon zest. The ideal partner for refined appetizers, delicate fish, and cheese platters. It can also be paired with orange juice to make the perfect Christmas morning bucks’ fizz!

Aldi’s tipples won’t be the only items dropping in price this December. From the supermarket’s much loved mince pie range, the award winning Specially Selected Irish Whisky and Jamaican Rum Mince Tarts (6 pack) will be reduced from £2.19 to £1.49 from 12^th December, and Holly Lane Deep Filled Mince Pies (6 pack) are currently reduced from £1.09 to £0.99.

Aldi’s Christmas pudding range will also have prices slashed in the run up to Christmas, with the Holly Lane 6 Month Matured Christmas Pudding (800g) – reduced from £3.69 to £2.99 from 12^th December.

Shoppers will need to get there in a pro-secco, as promotions run from 8^th-31^st December.
