Fans of the love-or-hate it spread can rejoice as supermarket Aldi has announced its brand new Mighty Burger in perfect time for barbeque season. Available from 12^th May for just £2.29 (pack of two), this juicy burger will get guests talking.

Set to rouse debate at the grill, the juicy 100% British beef patty is infused with Aldi’s Grandessa Yeast Extract for an added saltiness that cuts through the smoky flavours of the barbeque. This thick cut burger is best served under a hot grill to provide a crisp edge while remaining wonderfully flavoursome inside.

For the ultimate feast, top the burger with sweet and tangy Specially Selected Cheddar & Caramelised Red Onion Burger Melts (£1.49, 100g), and fresh Natures Pick Rocket & Baby Leaf Salad (£0.79, 90g) and sandwich in a light and fluffy Specially Selected Brioche Burger Bun (£0.89, pack of four).

Aldi’s Mighty Burger will be available in stores and via Click & Collect from 12^th May.
