The hotly anticipated Minions film may have been delayed until 2022, but fans can still go bananas with Minion-mania as Aldi launches a new Minions range with everything from toys to clothes, available online from 11th July and in store from 15th July. Not only that, but Aldi’s FIRST EVER Minions Ice Creams are available in stores now! With almost 75 million Minions fans in Great Britain, there’s no doubt these one in a Minion products will get shoppers flocking to stores.
With the weather heating up, Aldi is offering shoppers a Minions fix on the go with its first Minions Ice Cream range (£1.49, 6pck) available in stores now. These despicably delicious raspberry and vanilla frozen lollies are the perfect refreshment. They look just like Gru’s sidekicks with distinctive yellow bodies, blue overalls and a monocle.
Kids can have fun in the sun with Aldi’s Lego Minion Sets (£16.99) available in two toy-rific variations, the Unstoppable Bike Chase and Grus Lab. Lego fans can either help Gru and the Minions race along to outwit the evil doers or get inventive in Gru’s newly transformed lab basement. Crazy for science? Children can ignite their imaginations with the Minions Lab Games (£9.99), available in either Mayhem Lab or Stinky Science. Both games are designed to encourage little ones to explore their wacky and wonderful scientific ideas using gloopy goo and special slimes. The games include detailed instructions to ensure that kids play safely.
Minion fanatics will be oh so pleased to hear that they can now purchase Soft Toy (£7.99) versions of their favourite characters. Grus fiercely loyal henchmen are made from super plush fabrics and film fans can choose from Kevin, Bob or Stuart to be their faithful companion. For devoted Minion enthusiasts, try the Minions T-Shirts (£2.49) or Minions Sweatshirts (£4.57) to show off Gru admiration of the film franchise. The unisex clothing is available in various styles and colours to suit every Minions fans preferences.
