To mark Her Majesty’s 70-year reign, Aldi has announced the launch of a limited-edition collection of bubbly. From English Sparkling wines to fizztastic magnums, the range encompasses a mix of popular tipples that have had a royal makeover, as well as some brand-new additions launching on 26^th May. 

What’s more, with prices starting from just £2.49, shoppers can enjoy beverages fit for royalty without the royal price tag! With more than five exciting new varieties launching on shelves, there truly is something for everyone this bank holiday.  

COSTELLORE BLANC DE BLANCS SPARKLING WINE MAGNUM (£13.99, 1.5L)

Royal party planner, Johnny Roxburgh, says: “Magnums are great for Jubilee parties – it looks as though you have really pushed the boat out.” This larger-than-life Italian bubbly will certainly add some sparkle to street party celebrations as it offers the equivalent of four individual bottles in one. Crafted in South Devon at Lyme Bay Winery, this fresh and fruity sparkler is the perfect drink for those extra special occasions, and pairs beautifully with light seafood treats. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Reichensteiner, Seyval Blanc and Solaris give a good balance of citrus and toast flavours – the perfect way to toast Her Majesty.
